A Black box with white lettering presumably illuminated. I personally find it a bit to gloomy.

How ridiculous to say this is "to gloomy [sic]". This is a classic original sign that looks terrific illuminated or not. Adds a quirky authentic touch to a beautiful old well-preserved street.
